The Value of Nursing Risk Management in Tuberculosis Outpatient Nursing Management

目的探析结核门诊护理管理中开展护理风险管理的价值。方法选取2020年11月—2021年11月在该院门诊工作的40名医务人员,按照随机抽签分组法分为两组,参比组20名医务人员应用基础方式管理,观察组20名医务人员应用护理风险管理。分析两组门诊医务人员管理后的结核病相关知识了解程度、工作能力、管理满意度。结果管理后,观察组医务人员的结核病相关知识了解情况优于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医务人员的工作能力强于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医务人员负责患者的管理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对门诊医务人员进行管理时,使用护理风险管理能够丰富医务人员结核病相关知识,锻炼医务人员工作能力,提高管理满意度。

Objective To explore the value of nursing risk management in tuberculosis outpatient nursing management.Methods 40 medical staff working in the outpatient department of the hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected,and were divided into two groups according to the random lot grouping method.20 medical staff in the reference group applied basic management,and 20 medical staff in the observation group applied nursing risk management.Analysis of the two groups of out-patient medical staff after the management of tuberculosis knowledge,degree of understanding,work ability,management satisfaction.Results After the management of outpatient medical staff,the knowledge about tuberculosis of the medical staff in the observation group was better than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The working ability of the medical staff in the observation group was stronger than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the medical staff responsible for the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of outpatient medical staff,the use of nursing risk management can enrich the tuberculosis-related knowledge of medical staff,exercise the working ability of medical staff,and improve management satisfaction.
