摘要
随着对肿瘤相关研究的深入及相关科学研究的完善,对医学生来讲学习肿瘤学知识显得越发重要。目前,随着教学研究模式的成熟,各种教学之间存在着学科间的壁垒,很多肿瘤专业学生在进行疾病诊疗的过程中,存在解决问题片面性、临床思维局限性的问题。多学科相协作已经成为国际所公认的肿瘤治疗的模式,这在很多的发达国家得以推广,其中很多的肿瘤治疗指南中都在积极地使用MDT。在我国,医学界对于MDT治疗模式越来越重视,通过多学科相协作的模式,能更好地实现资源共享以及医疗信息的交流,更好地促进肿瘤治疗模式规范以及定性化。将MDT模式应用到课堂之中,这成为当前教学模式的重要发展点。该文就通过宁夏医科大学总医院的具体运行情况进行分析研究,对如何在教学过程中发展MDT做出一些思考,希望能对当前研究生学习带来帮助。
With the deepening of tumor-related research and the improvement of related scientific research,it is more and more important for medical students to learn oncology knowledge.At present,with the maturity of teaching and research models,there are interdisciplinary barriers between various teachings.Many oncology students have problems of one-sided problem solving and limited clinical thinking in the process of disease diagnosis and treatment.Multidisciplinary collaboration has become an internationally recognized tumor treatment model,which has been promoted in many developed countries,and MDT is actively used in many tumor treatment guidelines.In my country,the medical community is paying more and more attention to the MDT treatment model.Through the multidisciplinary cooperation model,the sharing of resources and the exchange of medical information can be better achieved,and the standardization and characterization of tumor models can be better promoted.Applying the MDT model to the classroom has become an important development point of the current teaching model.This paper analyzes and researches the specific operation of the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University,and makes some thoughts on how to develop MDT in the teaching process,hoping to bring help to the current postgraduate study.
