LPCT综合教学法在产科临床教学中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨将传统讲座教学(LBL)、基于问题教学(PBL)、案例教学(CBL)、团队协作教学(TBL)结合起来的LPCT综合教学法在产科教学中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月—2019年12月该科的98名“三生”为研究对象,根据随机法分为对照组和研究组,每组49名。对照组采用LBL教学法,研究组采用LPCT综合教学法,比较两组学生的考试成绩及教学满意度。结果研究组的理论成绩及临床实践成绩均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的教学满意度总分及课堂吸引度、提高自主学习能力、提高团队协作能力和提高文献查阅能力评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论LPCT综合教学法能有效提高学生的综合能力及教学满意度,值得在产科的临床教学中推广使用。 Objective To explore the application effect of LPCT comprehensive teaching method combining traditional lecture teaching(LBL),problem-based teaching(PBL),case teaching(CBL)and teamwork teaching(TBL)in obstetrics teaching.Methods A total of 98"three students"in the department from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 49 people in each group.The control group adopted the LBL teaching method,and the study group adopted the LPCT comprehensive teaching method.The test scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical and clinical practice scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of teaching satisfaction,classroom attraction,improvement of autonomous learning ability,improvement of teamwork ability and improvement of literature review ability of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion LPCT comprehensive teaching method can effectively improve students'comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction,and it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical teaching of obstetrics.
