摘要 目的研讨CBL教学法在放射科医生临床带教中的应用。方法选择2016年7月—2021年7月该院规培生56名,数字表法随机分组,每组28名;对照组实施传统教学、观察组实施CBL教学方案,比较两组规培生的考核成绩以及规培结束时的核心胜任力。结果观察组规培生CTDI-CV量表评分、理论成绩、对带教人员教学能力评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在放射科医生临床带教中推行CBL教学法,能够明显增强规培生的核心胜任力,促使带教质量得到进一步提升。 Objective To study the application of CBL teaching method in the clinical teaching of radiologists.Methods From July 2016 to July 2021,56 students who were trained by discipline regulations in the hospital were selected.Digital table method was randomly divided into groups,28 students in each group.The control group was given traditional teaching,and the observation group was given the CBL teaching program.The assessment results of the two groups of regular training students and the core competencies at the end of the training were compared.Results The students of observation group was better than the control group in the scores of CTDI-CV scale,theoretical performance,and teaching ability scores of teachers,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the CBL teaching method in the clinical teaching of radiologists can significantly enhance the core competency of the students and promote the quality of teaching to be further improved.
