云-PACS结合CBL在放射科临床教学中的应用分析

摘要 目的探讨云-PACS结合CBL在放射科临床教学中的应用效果。方法选择2020年1—12月于该院放射科实习的86名临床学生作为研究对象,随机分组,常规组临床学生实施常规临床带教方法,云-PACS+CBL组临床学生采取云-PACS结合CBL教学模式,对比两组临床学生的实习成绩与对临床带教的满意度。结果云-PACS+CBL组临床学生的放射科理论知识、放射科操作能力以及综合素质考核结果均要显著比常规组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);云-PACS+CBL组临床学生对教学内容、教学方式以及带教老师的满意度分别是93.02%、90.70%、95.35%,常规组分别是74.42%、72.09%、79.07%,云-PACS+CBL组临床学生对临床带教的满意度要显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论云-PACS结合CBL在放射科临床带教中具有显著应用效果,能够明显提升临床带教水平,提高临床学生对临床带教的满意度,值得推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of cloud-PACS combined with CBL in clinical teaching of radiology.Methods 86 clinical students who practiced in the radiology department of the hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into groups.The clinical students in the routine group implemented the routine clinical teaching method,and the clinical students in the cloud-PACS+CBL group adopted the cloud-PACS combined with CBL teaching mode.The internship performance and satisfaction with clinical teaching were compared between the two groups of clinical students.Results The theoretical knowledge of radiology,operation ability and comprehensive quality of clinical students in cloud-PACS+CBL group were significantly higher than those in routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the cloud-PACS+CBL group,the clinical students'satisfaction with the teaching content,teaching methods and teachers were 93.02%,90.70%,and 95.35%,respectively.The routine group was 74.42%,72.09%,and 79.07%,respectively.The satisfaction of clinical students in the cloud-PACS+CBL group with clinical teaching was significantly higher than that in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cloud-PACS combined with CBL has a significant application effect in the clinical teaching of radiology department,which can significantly improve the level of clinical teaching and improve the satisfaction of clinical students with clinical teaching,which is worthy of promotion.
