融入人文精神的教学在妇科临床实习教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨融入人文精神的教学在妇科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法将该院2020年1月—2021年1月40名妇科临床学生,随机数表法分两组,每组20名。对照组给予常规教学模式,研究组实施融入人文精神的教学。比较两组轮转出科妇科理论知识考核结果、妇科临床技能成绩。结果研究组轮转出科妇科理论知识考核结果、妇科临床技能成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组学生轮转出科时妇科理论考核成绩为(98.92±0.82)分、妇科临床技能成绩(98.81±0.81)分,优于对照组的(93.21±2.21)分、(92.21±2.32)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组学生出科时带教满意度为100.00%,高于对照组带教满意度65.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组在解决问题能力、创新思维能力、医患沟通能力、人文关怀能力方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科临床学生实施融入人文精神的教学效果确切,可提高妇科临床教学质量,提高学生的满意度,并提高其在出科后的综合能力。 Objective To explore the application effect of teaching integrating humanistic spirit in clinical practice teaching of gynecology.Methods 40 gynecological clinical students in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were divided into two groups by random number table method.20 per group.The control group was given the conventional teaching mode,and the study group was given the teaching incorporating the humanistic spirit.The results of the gynecological theoretical knowledge assessment and gynecological clinical skills were compared between the two groups.Results The results of gynecological theoretical knowledge assessment and gynecological clinical skills in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).When the students of the study group were rotated out of the department,the score of gynecology theory assessment was(98.92±0.82)points,and the score of gynecology clinical skills was(98.81±0.81)points,better than the control group(93.21±2.21)points,(92.21±2.32)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the students in the study group was 100.00%,which was 65.00%higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group was significantly better than the control group in terms of problem-solving ability,innovative thinking ability,doctor-patient communication ability,and humanistic care ability,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching effect of integrating the humanistic spirit for clinical gynecology students is definite,which can improve the quality of gynecology clinical teaching,improve students'satisfaction,and improve their comprehensive abilities in all aspects after leaving the department.
