随着社会经济的不断发展、法治社会的不断健全,行政执法全过程记录制度是行政执法活动合法有效的重要保障,有利于提高行政执法透明度和公信力。该文探讨某区执法记录仪在卫生监督中的应用现状,从人员情况、设备配备、执法场景、人员认知等方面进行分析,并针对卫生监督执法全过程记录仪应用现状提出对策建议。

With the continuous development of the social economy and the continuous improvement of the legal society,the record system of the whole process of administrative law enforcement is an important guarantee for the legal and effective administrative law enforcement activities,which is conducive to improving the transparency and credibility of administrative law enforcement.This paper discusses the application status of law enforcement recorders in health supervision in a certain district,and analyzes it from the aspects of personnel situation,equipment configuration,law enforcement scenarios,and personnel cognition,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the application status of the recorder in the whole process of health supervision and law enforcement.
