公共卫生管理应用在传染病预防中的有效性评价

Effectiveness Evaluation of Public Health Management Application in Infectious Disease Prevention

目的探讨在开展传染病预防工作中重视加强公共卫生管理有效性。方法在2019年6月—2020年6月就该市医院调查的社区居民500名为研究对象,应用等距抽样的方法,按基础管理(对照组)和公共卫生管理(观察组)各250名予以划分,就两组患者传染病预防能力评分、防控知识掌握评分、传染病发生率、居民满意度展开对比。结果管理前,两组传染病预防能力评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后,两组评测分值均有提升,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组传播途径、临床表现、预防措施各方面评分经评估均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组传染病发生率为3.60%,低于对照组的14.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度为99.20%,明显高于对照组91.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在针对居民开展传染病预防过程中,重视加强公共卫生管理意义十分突出,可增强传染病预防能力,提高对传染病防控知识即传播途径、临床表现、预防措施的掌握力度,并可降低传染病事件发生率,提升居民满意度,开展价值十分突出。

Objective To explore the importance of strengthening the effectiveness of public health management in the prevention of infectious diseases.Methods During the period from June 2019 to June 2020,500 community residents were selected as research objects.The method of equidistant sampling was used.250 in each group.The scores of infectious disease prevention ability,prevention and control knowledge mastery,incidence of infectious diseases,and residents'satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients.Results Before management,there was statistically no significant difference in the scores of infectious disease prevention ability between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the evaluation scores of the two groups were improved,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of transmission routes,clinical manifestations,and preventive measures in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of infectious diseases in the observation group was 3.60%,which was lower than 14.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was 99.20%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 91.60%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of infectious disease prevention for residents,it is of great significance to pay attention to strengthening public health management,which can enhance the ability of infectious disease prevention and improve the knowledge of infectious disease prevention and control,that is,transmission routes,clinical manifestations,and preventive measures.It can reduce the incidence of infectious diseases,improve residents'satisfaction,and the development value is very prominent.
