天津市干部保健工作现状分析和管理对策

摘要 文章以天津市干部保健为例,阐述干部保健工作意义,以此为基础,分析天津市干部保健对象具有年龄大、学历高、月收入普遍高、多患有老年慢性病的特征,结合天津市干部保健工作存在的干部认知不足、保健标准须统一、服务供需不平衡、服务缺乏系统性的现状,提出针对性管理对策,从而为相关工作者提供参考,加强软硬件设施建设,为老干部进行心理疏导,提高保健工作水平及人员知识能力,为干部提供优质健康服务。 Leading cadres and high-end technical talents,as the country's precious wealth,are also the backbone of building a modern society,making outstanding contributions to the overall construction of a modern society.Due to their tight tasks and heavy work,cadres often neglect their own health,which can easily lead to physical and mental health problems.It is necessary to optimize the health care work of cadres,maintain the stability of the party and the masses,and ensure the sustainable development of the country.The article takes the health care of cadres in Tianjin as an example,and expounds the significance of the health care of cadres,based on this.It is analyzed that the health care objects of cadres in Tianjin have the characteristics of older age,higher education,higher monthly income,and more chronic diseases of the elderly.Combined with the current situation of insufficient cadre awareness,unified health care standards,unbalanced service supply and demand,and lack of systematic services in Tianjin cadre health care work.Put forward targeted management countermeasures,so as to provide reference for relevant workers and strengthen the construction of software and hardware facilities.Provide psychological counseling for veteran cadres,improve the level of health care work and personnel knowledge,and provide cadres with high-quality health services.
