摘要
为了研究PVA⁃nAl/HTPB的铝水反应特性,将端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)包覆的纳米铝粉(nAl/HTPB)分散于物理交联法制备的聚乙烯醇(PVA)水凝胶中得到聚乙烯醇⁃nAl/HTPB。通过研究25、40、55、70、85℃和100℃下PVA⁃nAl/HTPB复合物在0.1 mol·L^(-1) NaOH溶液中的铝水反应及反应后残渣,探究铝水反应机理。结果表明,PVA⁃nAl/HTPB的最大产氢量和最大产氢速率分别比PVA⁃nAl高76 mL·g^(-1)和80 mL·g^(-1)·min^(-1),铝水反应的最终产物为羟基氧化铝(AlO(OH))。
In order to study the aluminum⁃water reaction characteristics of PVA⁃nAl/HTPB,the PVA⁃nAl/HTPB composites were prepared by dispersing nAl/HTPB in the polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),which was obtained by physical cross⁃linking method.In or⁃der to explore the aluminum⁃water reaction mechanism,the aluminum⁃water reaction characteristics of the polyvinyl alcohol⁃nAl/HTPB with 0.1 mol·L^(-1) NaOH solution at different temperatures(25,40,55,70,85℃and 100℃))were investi⁃gated and the residue after the aluminum⁃water reaction were characterized.The results show that the maximum hydrogen pro⁃duction and rate of PVA⁃nAl/HTPB is 76 mL·g^(-1) and 80 mL·g^(-1)·min^(-1),respectively,which is higher than that of PVA⁃nAl.The product of the aluminum⁃water reaction is aluminium oxyhydroxide(AlO(OH)).
