摘要
江恒源秉持关注人的教育理念,面对民族复兴的时代之需、教育挑战的现实之需、文化发展的责任之需,自觉将儒家的君子人格思想融入育人实践。他以立志为育人立足点,以德才兼备为育人目标,以个人价值与社会价值相统一为育人要求,以内修与外铄相结合为育人方法。江恒源的君子人格育人追求,在关注人的全面发展、坚持文化育人、坚持实践育人等方面对当前育人实践工作具有重要的启示。
JIANG Hengyuan holds the education idea of“people-oriented”,facing the needs of The Times of national revival,the reality of educational challenges,and the responsibility of cultural development,insists on cultural self-consciousness and cultural confidence,and integrates the wisdom of the Confucian gentleman personality thought into his educational practice.It is embodied in the educational method of taking ambition as the foothold,combining morality and ability as the goal,unifying personal value and social value as the requirement,and combining internal and external cultivation.JIANG Hengyuan’s pursuit of gentleman personality in his educational practice has important enlightenment significance to the current educational practice in paying attention to people’s all-round development,adhering to cultural education and practical education.
