Er:YAG激光排龈联合止血凝胶在龈下楔状缺损患者治疗中的应用

The Application of Er:YAG Laser Combined With Hemostatic Gel in Treatment of Subgingival Wedge-shaped Defects

目的评价Er∶YAG激光排龈联合止血凝胶在修复龈下楔状缺损时的应用效果。方法选择患有龈下楔状缺损的患者40例,共78颗患牙,随机分为两组,其中试验组36颗,对照组42颗。对照组选用规格合适的排龈线排龈后光固化流体树脂充填,试验组使用Er∶YAG激光排龈联合止血凝胶处理后光固化流体树脂充填。随访6个月,评价其临床疗效、牙龈健康状态、牙本质敏感状态。结果试验组成功率(97.1%)高于对照组(82.5%),但两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后患牙牙龈状态A级率及牙本质敏感A级率均较术前提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于龈下楔状缺损的患牙,利用Er∶YAG激光排龈,联合止血凝胶止血后流体树脂充填,可取得良好的临床疗效。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Er:YAG laser combined with hemostatic gel on subgingival wedge-shaped defects.Methods 40 patients with subgingival wedge-shaped defects were selected and randomly divided into two groups.There were 78 teeth,36 teeth in the experimental group and 42 teeth in the control group.The control group was filled with Light-cure Flowable Resin after gingival retraction.For the experimental group,the gingiva was trimmed using Er:YAG laser and the hemostatic gel,and then Light-cure Flowable Resin was used to fill the wedge-shaped defects.The clinical efficacy,gingival function and dentin hypersensitivity were investigated through 6 months followed up.Results The effective rate of the experimental group(97.1%)was higher than that of the control group(82.5%),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the rate of gingival grade A and dentin hypersensitivity grade A increased after restoration,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Utilization of Er:YAG laser combined with hemostatic gel in the restoration of subgingival wedge-shaped defects was clinically effective.
