个性化健康教育在垂体瘤患者护理中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的评价垂体瘤患者临床护理中个性化健康教育应用效果。方法根据护理方式不同将中国科学技术大学附属第一医院南区2019年1月至2020年1月收治的120例垂体瘤手术治疗患者随机分成对照组与观察组各60例,对照组行常规护理,而观察组行常规护理+个性化健康教育,统计比较两组患者自我管理能力﹑生活质量水平及其他护理效果评价指标。结果观察组护理后自我管理能力评分[饮食管理(90.71±6.46)分、运动管理(91.17±5.58)分、用药管理(91.03±6.64)分、复查监测(92.24±5.15)分、并发症预防(91.12±7.38)分等]、生活质量评分(90.26±6.24)分、知识掌握度(93.33%)、护理满意度(95.00%)高于对照组,并发症发生率(3.33%)、焦虑评分(39.31±6.14)分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为垂体瘤患者行个性化健康教育干预,可有效改善患者术后自我管理能力与生活质量水平,促进患者临床护理效果提升。 Objective To evaluate the application effect of personalized health education in clinical nursing of patients with pituitary tumor.Methods According to different nursing methods,120 patients with pituitary tumor treated by surgery in the South District of The First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received routine nursing+personalized health education.The selfmanagement ability,quality of life level and other evaluation indexes of nursing effect were statistically compared between the two groups.Results Observation group after nursing selfmanagement ability score[diet management(90.71±6.46)points,exercise management(91.17±5.58)points,medication management(91.03±6.64)points,re-examination monitoring(92.24±5.15)points,complications prevention(91.12±7.38)points],quality of life score(90.26±6.24 points),knowledge mastery(93.33%)and nursing satisfaction(95.00%)were higher than those in the control group,while the complication rate(3.33%)and anxiety score(39.31±6.14)were lower than those in the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized health education intervention for patients with pituitary tumor can effectively improve their postoperative self-management ability and quality of life,and promote the improvement of clinical nursing effect.
