江门地区小儿肠套叠的发生与肠道菌群的关系

Relationship between the Occurence of Pediatric Intussusception and Intestinal Floras in Jiangmen Area

目的:探究江门地区小儿肠套叠的发生与肠道菌群的关系。方法:选取2019年3月-2021年2月江门市妇幼保健院确诊肠套叠患儿及非肠道疾病婴幼儿,分别作为肠套叠组和对照组,各120例。采用空气灌肠法对肠套叠组患儿进行复位,根据结果分为复位成功组和复位失败组。采用16S rRNA测序技术检测小儿粪便标本中菌群分布情况。比较肠套叠组和对照组菌种丰富度、香农多样性指数及菌群丰度,比较复位成功组和复位失败组菌种丰富度、香农多样性指数及菌群丰度。结果:肠套叠组粪便样本中菌种丰富度和香农多样性指数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。肠套叠组拟杆菌门和变形菌门丰度均高于对照组,放线菌门丰度低于对照组(P<0.05)。复位成功组粪便样本中菌种丰富度和香农多样性指数均高于复位失败组(P<0.05)。复位成功组拟杆菌门丰度低于复位失败组(P<0.05)。结论:江门地区肠套叠患儿肠道菌群发生紊乱,拟杆菌门丰度增加可能还会影响复位效果。

Objective:To explore the relationship between pediatric intussusception and intestinal floras in Jiangmen area.Method:A total of 120 infants with intussusception and 120 infants with non-intestinal diseases in Jiangmen Maternal and Child Health Hospital were enrolled as intussusception group and control group from March 2019 to February 2021,respectively.According to reduction results of air enema,infants with intussusception were divided into reduction success group and reduction failure group.The distribution of floras in fecal specimens was detected by 16S rRNA sequencing technology.The abundance of bacteria,aromatic diversity index and abundance floras between intussusception group and control group,and between reduction success group and reduction failure group were compared.Result:The abundance of bacteria and aromatic diversity index in intussusception group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The abundances of Bacteroides and Proteobacteria in intussusception group were higher than those in control group,while abundance of Actinomycetes was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The abundance of bacteria and aromatic diversity index in reduction success group were higher than those in reduction failure group(P<0.05).The abundance of Bacteroides in success group was lower than that in failure group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intestinal floras are disordered in children with intussusception in Jiangmen.The increase of Bacteroides abundance may also affect reduction effects.
