焦点解决护理应用在颈椎病患者中的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Solution Focused Nursing in Patients with Cervical Spondylosis

目的:探讨焦点解决护理(solution focused nursing,SFN)应用在颈椎病患者中的效果。方法:选取2019年1-12月高州市人民医院收治的98例颈椎病患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予焦点解决护理。比较两组护理前后抑郁程度、疼痛程度、颈椎前屈活动度、睡眠质量及护理后颈椎功能。结果:护理后,观察组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)、疼痛数字分级法(numerical rating scale,NRS)、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛强度、提起重物、个人护理、阅读、注意力集中、驾驶、娱乐、头痛、工作、睡觉评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),颈椎前屈活动度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:颈椎病患者实施焦点解决护理能够有效减轻其抑郁及疼痛程度,促进颈椎功能的改善,可提高患者的睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of solution focused nursing (SFN) in patients with cervical spondylosis.Method:A total of 98 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to People’s Hospital of Gaozhou City from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given solution-focused nursing on the basis of control group.The degree of depression,pain,cervical forward flexion range of motion,sleep quality before and after nursing and cervical function were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the Hamilton depression scale (HAMD),numerical rating scale of pain (NRS),Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05),scores of pain intensity,lifting heavy objects,personal nursing,reading,concentration,driving,entertainment,headache,work and sleep were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05),and cervical forward flexion range of motion was greater than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of solution focused nursing for patients with cervical spondylosis can effectively reduce the degree of depression and pain,promote the improvement of cervical function,and improve the sleep quality of patients.
