前列地尔联合巴曲酶注射液对中重度突发性耳聋患者临床治疗效果研究

Clinical Effecton Alprostadil Combined with Batroxobin Injection in the Treatment of Moderate and Severe Sudden Deafness

目的:探讨中重度突发性耳聋应用前列地尔联合巴曲酶注射液的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2019年5月-2021年5月在北京怀柔医院治疗的中重度突发性耳聋患者92例,根据系统抽样法分组,对照组(46例)患者治疗中用前列地尔,试验组(46例)患者治疗中联合使用巴曲酶注射液,对比两组疗效、症状恢复时间及不良反应情况。结果:试验组患者用药后,临床总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的82.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者听力恢复时间、耳鸣消失时间、眩晕消失时间均早于对照组,听阈提高值大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药治疗期间试验组不良反应发生率为6.52%,对照组为8.70%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中重度突发性耳聋患者在临床治疗中联合使用前列地尔和巴曲酶注射液,有助于增强疗效,缩短恢复时间,有效改善听力水平,值得大力推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect on Alprostadil combined with Batroxobin Injection in the treatment of moderate and severe sudden deafness.Method:A total of 92 patients with moderate and severe sudden deafness treated in Beijing Huairou Hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to systematic sampling method.The control group (46 cases) was treated with Alprostadil,and the experimental group (46 cases) was treated with Batroxobin Injection.The recovery time of curative effects,symptoms and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate was 95.65% in the experimental group,which was higher than 82.61% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The hearing recovery time,tinnitus disappearance time,and vertigo disappearance time in the experimental group were all earlier than those in the control group,and the hearing threshold improvement was greater than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).During drug treatment,6.52% of the patients in the experimental group and 8.70% of the patients in the control group had adverse reactions,and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined use of Alprostadil and Batroxobin Injection in the clinical treatment of patients with moderate to severe sudden deafness can help to enhance the curative effect,shorten the recovery time,and effectively improve the hearing level,which is worthy of vigorous promotion.
