郑日新治疗小儿腺样体肥大用药规律的数据挖掘研究

Data Mining Research on the Medication Rule of ZHENG Rixin in Treating Children Adenoid Hypertrophy with Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:通过数据挖掘技术研究郑日新教授中医治疗小儿腺样体肥大的用药规律。方法:收集郑日新教授治疗的小儿腺样体肥大医案172例,提取方药信息建立数据库,进行频数分析、关联规则分析、聚类分析、复杂网络分析。结果:①172首方药,共用药73味,频数3275次,使用频次在100次及以上的药物有18味,其中寒性、平性和温性,苦味、甘味和辛味,以及归肺、肝、脾、胃经药使用较为频繁;②聚类分析得出4个聚类方,按功效归纳出郑日新教授临床常用护元扶正、辛凉散结、通窍、养阴清热4法治疗小儿腺样体肥大。③结合关联规则和聚类分析得出8个常用药对,分别代表清热、凉血、消肿、散结、护元、止汗、通窍、养阴治法;④复杂网络分析得出1个核心处方。结论:郑日新教授治疗小儿腺样体肥大从护元、通窍立法,强调顾阴为本,佐以拦定风热、气血并治之品,用药立足儿情、药性平和,遣方圆机活法,注重调理兼症。

Objective:To study the medication rules of ZHENG Rixin in the treatment of children with adenoid hypertrophy by means of data mining technology.Methods:172 cases of pediatric adenoid hypertrophy treated by ZHENG Rixin were collected,the prescription information was extracted to establish a database,and frequency analysis,association rule analysis,cluster analysis,and complex network analysis were performed.Results:①Among the 172 first prescriptions,73 herbs were shared,and the frequency was 3275 times.There were 18 herbs with a frequency of 100 or more times.Among them,the herbs were cold,flat and warm,bitter,sweet and pungent,and returned to the lung and liver,spleen and stomach meridians are used more frequently;②Cluster analysis obtained 4 clustering prescriptions,according to the efficacy of ZHENG Rixin’s clinical commonly used 4 methods of protecting Yuanfuzheng,Xinliang Sanjie,Tongqiao,nourishing yin and clearing heat in the treatment of children’s adenoids Body fat.③Combined with association rules and cluster analysis,8 commonly used drug pairs were obtained,representing heat-clearing,cooling blood,reducing swelling,dispersing knots,protecting Yuan,antiperspirant,clearing orifices,and nourishing yin;④Complex network analysis yielded 1 drug pair core prescription.Conclusion:ZHENG Rixin treats children with adenoid hypertrophy by protecting the essence and opening the orifices through legislation,emphasizing that GU Yin is the foundation,supplemented by products that block wind and heat,Qi and blood,and use the medicine based on the child’s affection,the medicinal property is peaceful,and the square,round,and tactile method and focus on conditioning and symptoms.
