哮喘平冲剂对哮喘大鼠肺组织miR-155表达的影响

摘要 目的:观察哮喘平冲剂对哮喘大鼠肺组织中miR-155表达的影响。方法:清洁级SD大鼠60只,随机分成6组(正常对照组,哮喘模型组,桂龙咳喘宁组,哮喘平高剂量组、哮喘平中剂量组、哮喘平低剂量组),每组10只。以OVA致敏激发哮喘。采用荧光定量PCR反应检测肺组织中miR-155表达量。结果:与正常组比较,哮喘模型组肺组织miR-155表达水平显著降低(P<0.01)。与哮喘模型组比较,哮喘平冲剂高、中、低剂量组,桂龙咳喘宁组肺组织miR-155的表达水平显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:哮喘平冲剂能上调肺组织miR-155的表达,从而缓解气道炎症和气道重塑进程。 Objective:To observe the effect of Shichengping Granules on the expression of miR-155 in lung tissue of asthmatic rats.Methods:60 clean-grade SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups(normal control group,asthma model group,Guilongkechuanning group,high-dose group,medium-dose group,and low-dose group).Group of 10.Asthma was sensitized with OVA.The expression of miR-155 in lung tissue was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR reaction.Results:Compared with the normal group,the expression level of miR-155 in the lung tissue of the asthma model group was significantly decreased(P<0.01).Compared with the asthma model group,the expression levels of miR-155 in the lung tissue of the high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose groups of asthma granules and the Guilongkechuanning group were significantly increased(P<0.01).Conclusion:Zhixingping Granule can up-regulate the expression of miR-155 in lung tissue,thereby alleviating the process of airway inflammation and airway remodeling.
