八段锦联合补肾活血方对膝骨关节炎患者肌肉功能及免疫炎症指标的影响

Effects of Baduanjin Combined with Bushen Huoxue Decoction on Muscle Function and Inflammatory Immunization Indicators in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察八段锦联合补肾活血方对肾虚血瘀型膝骨关节炎患者肌肉功能及炎症免疫指标的影响。方法:湖南中医药高等专科学校附属第一医院骨科自2020年4月—2020年7月膝骨关节炎患者60例,采用随机数字表法,将其分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组给予补肾活血方,观察组给予补肾活血方+八段锦,治疗3个月,对两组患者的肌肉骨骼功能评分、股四头肌峰力矩、股四头肌平均功率、血清进行比较。结果:治疗后两组肌肉骨骼功能评分、TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、IFN-γ较治疗前均降低,其中观察组的肌肉骨骼功能评分、IFN-γ降低更明显,治疗后两组股四头肌峰力矩、股四头肌平均功率、Tim-3、PD-1较治疗前均升高,且观察组升高更明显,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:八段锦联合补肾活血方治疗肾虚血瘀型KOA,可增强股四头肌肌力和功能,减轻炎症反应,抑制自身免疫反应。

Objective:To observe the effect of Baduanjin combined with Bushen Huoxue Recipe on muscle function and inflammatory immune indexes in patients with knee osteoarthritis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods:From April 2020 to July 2020,60 patients with knee osteoarthritis in the Department of Orthopedics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given Bushen Huoxue Recipe,and the observation group was given Bushen Huoxue Recipe+Baduanjin for 3 months.The musculoskeletal function scores,quadriceps peak torque,quadriceps average power,and serum were compared between the two groups..Results:After treatment,the musculoskeletal function scores,TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8,and IFN-γof the two groups were all decreased compared with those before treatment,and the musculoskeletal function scores and IFN-γof the observation group decreased more.Obviously,the peak torque of quadriceps femoris,the average power of quadriceps femoris,Tim-3 and PD-1 in the two groups after treatment were all increased compared with those before treatment,and the increase in the observation group was more obvious,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Baduanjin combined with Bushen Huoxue Recipe in the treatment of KOA due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis can enhance the muscle strength and function of quadriceps femoris,reduce inflammation and inhibit autoimmune response.
