考虑作业疲劳的物料搬运路径研究

摘要 针对目前物料搬运路径中无法兼顾搬运效率和作业疲劳的双目标优化问题,主要根据搬运负荷、搬运时间与作业疲劳之间的线性关系,建立作业疲劳函数。以最小化搬运费用和作业疲劳为优化目标,建立搬运路径双目标优化新模型,双目标模型主要采用精英策略的非支配排序的NSGA-Ⅱ遗传算法进行求解,该模型与最小化搬运费用和搬运时间为优化目标的模型进行比较,仿真表明,该模型在保证搬运效率的同时,还能有效地降低作业疲劳,验证了所建模型的有效性。 Aiming at the double objective optimization problem that can not take into account both handling efficiency and job fatigue in manual handling,the job fatigue function is established mainly according to the linear relationship between handling load,handling time and job fatigue.Taking minimizing handling cost and job fatigue as the optimization objective,a new dual objective optimization model of handling path is established.The dual objective model is mainly solved by NSGA-Ⅱgenetic algorithm with elite strategy.This model is compared with the model with minimizing handling cost and handling time as the optimization objective.The simulation shows that,the model not only ensures the handling efficiency,but also effectively reduces the job fatigue,which verifies the effectiveness of the model.
