易变质品流通中的提前回收策略及供应链协调分析

Supply Chain Coordination of Deteriorating Items under Early-recycling Strategy

在对易变质品概念进行溯源分析的基础上,结合实际情况,指出所有易变质品在商业层面都可以分为保鲜期和变质期两个阶段。围绕易变质品生命期的两个阶段,构建了供应链收益模型。对模型的分析表明:在第一阶段引入回收策略,能增加供应链系统的整体收益;在第二阶段引入价格补贴机制,能平抑供应链内部成员的风险收益,从而实现供应链协调,并给出了供应链实现协调的条件。研究结果可以为易变质品流通市场出现的提前回收策略提供理论支撑和决策依据。

The traceability analysis of the concept of deteriorating items points out that the process of deterioration can be divided into two stages:Fresh period and deterioration period at the commercial level,and almost all deteriorating items follow that.Based on the above two stages,the supply chain revenue model is constructed.The analysis of the model shows that:In the first stage,the introduction of recycling strategy can increase the overall revenue of the supply chain;in the second stage,the introduction of price subsidy mechanism can balance the risks and benefits of members of the supply chain,so as to supply chain coordination achieving,and the conditions of supply chain coordination are given also.The research results can provide theoretical and decisional support for applying the early-recycling strategy in deteriorating items supply chain.
