“互联网+”背景下社区居家养老送餐服务模式构建--以石狮市为例

Construction of Community Home-based Elderly Service Model under the Background of“Internet+”--Taking Shishi as an Example

基于《健康中国2030规划纲要》中积极发展基于互联网的健康服务,居家养老要落地,助餐服务必须跟上,助餐服务是居家养老的老年人维持生活乃至生存的基本保障,送餐服务是助餐服务的一部分。文章以石狮市社区居家养老人群为研究对象,探索“互联网+”背景下影响石狮市社区居家养老送餐服务的主要因素,并致力构建多元主体参与的“互联网+平台+物流”送餐服务模式。希望能够为提升社区居家养老送餐服务质量、提高老年人用餐满意度提供参考。

Based on the active development of internet-based health services in the“Healthy China 2030 Plan Outline”,home care needs to be implemented,and food aid services must follow up.Food aid services are the basic guarantee for the elderly to maintain life and even survival,and food delivery services are part of food aid services.This paper takes the community home care for the elderly in Shishi city as the research object,explores the main factors affecting the service of home care for the elderly in Shishi city under the background of“internet+”,and strives to construct the service mode of“internet+platform+logistics”with multi-subject participation.It is hoped that it can provide reference for improving the quality of community home care service and improving the satisfaction of the elderly.
