基于提高道路空间利用率的路内停车设计形式

摘要 在城市土地资源日趋匮乏与停车需求日益增长之间矛盾不断激化的背景下,路内停车作为缓解矛盾的重要方法之一,常规的设计形式存在对道路宽度利用率不高、停放时车辆与其他交通流冲突点过多等问题。为了改善这些问题,文章基于提高道路空间利用率的理念,对有路内停车需求的道路进行新的路内停车形式探索。通过合理利用机非分隔带、人行道等横断面组成,在保证其功能运行正常的同时发掘其路边停车的供应能力。同时考虑路内停车设置所要求的交通量条件与道路宽度条件,合理规划路内停车设计新形式的停车泊位尺寸、停车方式、停车流线以及横断面等要素。文章为改进城市路内停车设计形式提供新的思路。 Under the background of the intensification of the contradiction between the increasing lack of urban land resources and the increasing demand for parking,on-road parking is one of the important methods to alleviate the contradiction.The conventional design form has some problems,such as low utilization of road width,too many conflict points between vehicles and other traffic flows.In order to improve these problems,based on the concept of improving road space utilization,this paper explores new forms of on-road parking on the roads with on-road parking demand.By making rational use of the cross-sectional composition of machine non separator belt and sidewalk,we can explore the supply capacity of roadside parking while ensuring its normal function.At the same time,considering the traffic volume conditions and road width conditions required for on-road parking,reasonably plan the parking space size,parking mode,parking streamline and cross section of the new form of on-road parking design.This paper provides a new idea for improving the design form of urban on-road parking.
