服务水平约束下多级供应链网络优化研究

Research on Multiple Levels Supply Chain Network Optimization Based on Service Level

随着市场竞争加剧,供应链上的各个企业之间的关联越来越重要,越来越多的企业认识到供应链网络优化是急需解决的问题,供应链上的商品流向和流量对整个供应链的影响越来越大,最直接的影响就是影响整个供应链的成本变化和供应服务水平,是企业提高服务水平和降本增效的关键。文章以A企业所处的物流供应链作为研究对象,对公司供应链需求建立了三级数学模型进行分析,研究在以总运作成本最低作为决策总目标的情况下,不同客户端服务水平和不同的总仓到配送中心的服务水平情况下的供应链系统较佳决策方案。

With the aggravation of market competition,more and more enterprises realize that supply chain network optimization is a very necessary and urgent problem.On the basis of the previous research,taking the service level as the constraint condition,a three-level mathematical model is established to analyze the supply chain demand of company A.This paper studies the better decision-making scheme of supply chain system under the condition of taking the lowest total operating cost as the general goal of decision-making,different client service levels and different service levels from the total warehouse to the distribution center.
