摘要
通过对高职教师核心胜任力概念界定,聚焦分析产教融合背景下高职物流专业教师核心胜任力研究的必要性,构建高职物流专业教师核心胜任力素质:职业素养心理个性、跨行业的复合型知识结构、理论与实践教学能力、学习研究与创新力四个方面,并提出核心胜任力素质的具体培养策略,提高产教融合下的人才培养质量。
By defining the concept of higher vocational teachers'core competency,this paper focuses on the necessity of the research on logistics teachers in higher vocational colleges under the background of integration of industry and education,and analyzes the necessity of the research on logistics teachers'core competency in higher vocational colleges,constructing the core competency quality of logistics teachers in higher vocational colleges:psychological personality of professional accomplishment,multi-disciplinary knowledge structure,teaching ability of theory and practice,learning research and innovation ability,it also puts forward the specific training strategy of core competency quality to improve the quality of personnel training under the integration of production and education.
