工业4.0背景下应用型本科高校物流管理专业的人才培养方案构建

Construction of Talent Training Program for Logistics Management Major in Application-oriented University Based Industry 4.0

工业4.0时代的到来对应用型本科高校物流管理专业的人才培养提出了时代新要求,加快新型应用型人才培养是物流产业智能化升级的客观必然。在梳理了工业4.0背景下物流管理岗位胜任力变化趋势的基础上,提出培养具有工程技术背景的复合应用型管理人才的培养目标定位,并根据这一定位构建了专业人才的专业能力体系与支撑专业能力养成的专业课程体系,最后探讨了人才培养方案有效落实的相关举措。

The talents training of logistics management major in application-oriented universities is facing new requirements in the industry 4.0 era.It's necessary to speed up the training of new type application-oriented talents for the smart upgrading of logistics industry.On the basis of analyzing the changing trend of job competency with logistics management in industry 4.0,this paper put forward the training target for the compound application-oriented talents with engineering technology background.Above this,this paper established the system of professional capability and the system of professional courses.Furthermore,it discussed some countermeasures to promote the training program implement efficiently.
