摘要
通过对接触网既有锚支定位卡子的服役状况进行调研,在零件材质、结构形式、生产工艺、运营维护等方面进行重点研究与攻关,研发简统化接触网新型锚支定位卡子。该产品采用铝合金6082材料,通过锻造制造工艺生产,成品率得到提升。产品结构采用铰链抱箍连接,增加了零件与定位管的接触面积,同时免除了既有产品中U形销的连接方式,线夹主体和锚支定位卡子本体为一体化、不可拆卸式。由于材料选用更加合理、制造工艺更加优化,进一步提高了该产品的耐磨性,提升了高速铁路接触网装备服役性能。
Through the investigation of the service conditions of the existing OCS anchor support positioning clamps,the key research and breakthrough are carried out in the aspects of parts material,structural form,production process,operation and maintenance,etc.,and the new anchor support positioning clamps are developed for simplified and standardized OCS.The product is made of aluminum alloy 6082,which is produced by the forging process,to improve the finished product rate.The product structure is connected by hinged hoops,which increases the contact area between the parts and the registration arms,replacing the connection mode of U-shape pins in the existing products.The main body of cable clamp and the anchor support positioning clamp body are integrated and non-removable.As the material selection is more reasonable and the manufacturing process is more optimized,the wear resistance of the product is further improved and the service performance of OCS equipment of HSR is improved.
