摘要 选取日本ALFA-X高速试验车、德国Velaro Novo、法国TGV M等国外典型新一代高速列车,对其研制目标、主要技术路线等进行研究。通过研究可以看出,国外典型新一代高速列车追求的目标不只是速度的提升,而是经济性、节能环保性、灵活性、安全性等综合性能的提升,为了实现这些目标采取了诸多技术创新措施,包括内置式转向架、“空管概念”设计等,并提出对我国高速列车发展的启示。 Research is carried out on the development goals and main technical roadmaps of the typical new generation high speed trains in foreign countries such as Japanese ALFA-X high speed test train,German Velaro Novo platform and French TGV M train.It can be seen from the research that these countries develop new generation high speed trains with goals of achieving higher speed and also better comprehensive performance including economic efficiency,energy conservation and environmental protection,flexibility and safety.To this end,many technical innovations were made,including the built-in bogie and the“empty tube concept”design.These are instructive for China in development of high speed trains.
