摘要
高素质农民培育,离不开科技的支撑。农业科普基地的引领示范和科普示范作用,能为促进高素质农民培育和乡村振兴作出积极的贡献。通过实证分析影响农业科普基地建设助力高素质农民培育效果的因素,并针对当前农业科普基地在助力高素质农民培育过程中存在的问题,提出应当从农民认知提升、基地规划与管理、科普手段创新、建设投入、资源共建共享、人才队伍建设以及长效机制构建等方面着手,推进农业科普基地在高素质农民培育中提质增效。
The cultivation of high-quality farmers is inseparable from the support of science and technology.The leading demonstration and demonstration function of agricultural popular science base can make positive contribution to promoting the cultivation of high-quality farmers and rural revitalization.Through the empirical analysis on agricultural popular science bases help farmers to cultivate high quality effect factors,and in view of the current agricultural science base in help farmers to cultivate high quality problems that exist in the process,should be promoted from farmers'cognitive means,base planning and management,scientific innovation,construction investment,resource sharing,talent team construction,and build long-acting mechanism and other aspects,Promoting agricultural science popularization base to improve quality and efficiency in cultivating high-quality farmers.
