乡村振兴背景下农业院校大学生农村基层就业培育机制研究

Research on the Cultivation Mechanism of Rural Employment of Agricultural College Students under the Background of Rural Revitalization

为促进农业农村的发展,缩小城乡之间的差距,党的十九大报告提出乡村振兴战略。乡村振兴中的一个核心要素是人才振兴。农业院校大学生主动面向农业农村基层就业,既可以解决乡村地区人才短缺的困境,也可以获得一个充分发挥专业特长的平台,实现农业院校大学生对口精准就业,提高就业质量。本文主要探讨农业院校大学生主动选择到农村基层就业的意义,目前所面临的问题和乡村振兴战略所带来的机遇,并在此基础上着重探索乡村振兴背景下如何构建农业院校大学生面向农村基层就业的培育机制。

In order to promote agricultural and rural development,narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,the rural revitalization strategy has been put forward.Rural Revitalization needs the support of talents.Agricultural College Students taking the initiative to obtain employment in the rural areas can solve the shortage of talent in rural areas.In the same times,Agricultural College students have been given a platform to bring their professional expertise into play and to realize the precision employment.This paper mainly discusses the significance,current problems and opportunities of the initiative choice of the Agricultural College Students to work in the rural areas.This paper mainly explores how to construct the cultivation mechanism of improving the willingness of the agricultural college to work in the rural areas under the background of rural revitalization.
