摘要
在个体心理学视角下探讨如何培养大学生职业认同,旨在为提升大学生职业认同寻求新的社会兴趣路径。通过对安徽公安职业学院303名学生进行问卷调查,用数据解读该院大学生职业认同的现状,并使用SPSS对社会兴趣与职业认同及其4个维度作相关分析,结果显示二者呈显著正相关,其中社会兴趣与职业认知维度相关性最高。因此,可以通过社会兴趣的培养促进大学生的职业认同并从二者的认知、情感、行为三个层面提升大学生的职业认同。
This paper discusses how to cultivate university students’professional identity,and tries to seek a new path of social interest for improving university students’professional identity.Through a questionnaire survey with 303 students in Anhui Public Security College,we interpret with the data the status quo of students’professional identity in the college.We use SPSS to do correlation analysis between social interest and professional identity in four dimensions,and the result shows that the two have significantly positive correlation,with the highest degree of correlation between social interest and professional cognition.Therefore,it is possible to promote the university students’professional identity through the cultivation of social interests and improve the university students’professional identity in three levels——cognition,emotion and behavior.
