基于fsQCA组态视角的我国卫生人力资源配置公平性及提升路径分析 被引量:18

摘要 目的:分析我国卫生人力资源配置公平性及地区差异,为促进基本公共卫生服务均等化提供参考。方法:利用集聚度分析法评价我国卫生人力资源公平性现状,运用模糊集定性比较分析法明确我国卫生人力资源配置公平性的不同组合路径。结果:形成卫生人力资源高公平性组态有5种解,总体一致性为0.986,总体覆盖度为0.831;低公平性组态有3种解,总体一致性为0.963,总体覆盖度为0.815。结论:我国卫生人力资源配置公平性地区差异明显且影响因素复杂,有多条路径可以提升地区卫生人力资源配置公平性水平。 Objective:To analyze the equity and regional differences in the allocation of health human resources in China,to provide references for promoting the equalization of basic public health services.Methods:The status of health human resources equity in China was evaluated with the help of agglomeration analysis method,and fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)was used to clarify the different combination paths of equity of health human resource allocation.Results:There were five solutions to the high equity configuration of health human resources,the overall consistency was 0.986,the overall coverage was 0.831.The low equity configuration had three solutions,the overall consistency was 0.963,and the overall coverage was 0.815.Conclusion:The regional difference of equity health human resources allocation in China is obvious and the reasons are complex.There are multiple paths to improve the equity level of regional health human resources allocation.
