摘要
目的:探索银川市城市建成区社区卫生服务机构分布空间特征及效用能力,为其空间规划和合理配置提供参考。方法:基于POI数据,运用核密度分析、缓冲区分析法等GIS空间分析法探究社区卫生服务机构的空间分布特征,运用空间全局自相关、局部自相关及HRDI指数研究社区卫生服务机构的效用能力。结果:社区卫生服务机构集聚特征突出,以中心城区为核心呈扇形散布,主要分布于距银川市政府3km-10km范围内;65.0%的社区卫生服务机构服务人口规模合理,90.2%的居住社区分布在合理服务半径内;人口密度及居住社区集聚程度对社区卫生服务机构空间分布有向心集聚作用,而综合医院对其分布有离散作用。结论:银川市建成区社区卫生服务机构数量仍不足,空间分布不均衡,资源配置的效率与公平性有待提高。
Objective:To explore the spatial distribution characteristics and utility ability of community health service institutions of built up area in Yinchuan,to provide reference for their spatial planning and rational allocation.Methods:Based on POI data,the spatial distribution characteristics of community health service institutions were studied by using the spatial analysis of nuclear density analysis and buffer analysis method.The effectiveness of community health service institutions was studied by using spatial global autocorrelation,local autocorrelation and HRDI index.Results:Community health service institutions had prominent agglomeration characteristics,with the central urban area as the core and fan-shaped distribution,mainly distributed within 3km-10km from the government of Yinchuan.65.0%of the community health service institutions had a reasonable population,90.2%of the residential areas were distributed within the reasonable service radius.Population density and residential agglomeration degree had centripetal effect on the spatial distribution of community health service institutions,while the general hospital had centrifugal dispersion effect on the distribution.Conclusion:The number of community health service institutions of built up area in Yinchuan city is still insufficient,the spatial distribution is unbalanced,and the effectiveness and equity of resource allocation needs to be improved.
