泉州市不同参保类型老年人住院费用及其影响因素分析

Analysis on Hospitalization Costs and Influencing Factors of Older Adults with Different Types of Medical Insurance in Quanzhou

目的:分析泉州市不同参保类型老年人就医住院情况、费用及其影响因素,为降低住院费用及负担提供参考。方法:基于泉州市2013-2017年不同参保类型老年人的住院数据,利用描述性统计分析其住院及费用情况。结果:5年间,不同参保类型老年人的市内住院人数共计80.51万人,住院总费用共计753.11亿元,其中新农合占比最大,居民医保占比最小。住院费用影响因素为参保类型、住院天数、是否手术。结论:老年人住院需求逐年增加。提升基层诊疗水平、健全药品供应等医疗保障机制等可有效降低住院费用,减轻医保负担。

Objective:To analyze the hospitalization situation,costs and influencing factors of older adults of different types of medical insurance in Quanzhou,so as to provide references for reducing hospitalization costs and burden.Methods:Based on the hospitalization data of different types of insured elderly people in Quanzhou from 2013 to 2017,descriptive statistics were used to analyze their in-city hospitalization and costs.Results:During the five years,,there were 805100 inpatients with different medical insurance types in Quanzhou,and the total hospitalization cost was 75.311 billion yuan,the largest and smallest proportion were NRCMI(the new rural cooperative medical insurance)and URBMI(the urban resident's basic medical insurance)respectively.The influencing factors of hospitalization cost were type of insurance,length of hospitalization,operation or not.Conclusion:Older adults inpatient demands have increased year by year.Improving the skills of diagnosis and treatment at the grassroots level,improving the medical security mechanism such as drug supply and so on can effectively reduce the cost of hospitalization and the burden of medical insurance.
