摘要
针对目前传统变电站电池管理系统中的电池状态只能通过RS 485接口进行本地查看,不能通过网络进行远程监控实现集中式管理的问题,文中提出一种基于ARM微处理器以及IEC61850标准的监控系统,以实现对电池温度、容量、电流以及电压的远程监控。该系统硬件平台采用低成本的AT91RM9200微处理器。为保证能与不同厂商的设备互通互联,采用SISCO公司提供的基于IEC61850国际标准的MMS-EASE Lite服务接口进行软件设计,在软件架构上采用分层的设计方式,以增加软件的扩展性,提高软件的健壮性并降低软件维护难度。最后将电池管理系统集成远程监控功能,并通过网络的方式与IEDScout上位机软件进行对接,开展功能和性能的测试。IEDScout上位机软件可以正确显示出当前系统电池温度为30℃,电池容量为400 A时,电池电流为8 A,电池电压为234 V,并且IEC61850数据属性品质良好,时标准确。测试结果表明,所设计系统可以完成远程监控电池当前温度、容量、电流以及电压状态的功能,并且通信测试正常,数据正确无误。
In allusion to the problem that the battery status of battery management system in the current traditional substation only can be viewed locally through the RS 485 interface and cannot be remotely monitored through the network to achieve the centralized management,a monitoring system based on ARM microprocessor and IEC61850 standard is proposed to realize the remote monitoring of battery status,including temperature,capacity,current and voltage. The low-cost AT91RM9200microprocessor is adopted in the hardware platform of system. The MMS-EASE Lite service interface based on the IEC61850international standard and provided by SISCO company is used to conduct the software design to ensure the interoperability with equipment from different manufacturers. In particular,the layered method is used to design the software architecture to increase the scalability of the software,improve the robustness of the software,and reduce the difficulty of software maintenance. The battery management system is integrated with the remote monitoring function,and connected with the IEDScout host computer software through the network to test the function and performance. The IEDScout host computer software displays the current system battery temperature is 30 ℃,the battery current is 8 A and the battery voltage is 234 V when the battery capacity is 400A. The IEC61850 data attributes has good quality and accurate timestamps. The testing results show that the designed system can remote monitoring the current temperature, capacity, current and voltage state of the battery, and has normal communication test and correct data.
