基于CiteSpace的我国图书馆智慧服务研究可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of the Research on Library Intelligent Service in China Based on CiteSpace

为探析我国图书馆智慧服务的研究现状、热点及前沿,以CNKI数据库收录的868篇期刊文献作为数据来源,采用CiteSpace可视化软件和文献计量法对图书馆智慧服务研究的年度发文量、作者、机构以及关键词等进行知识图谱可视化分析.结果表明:该领域研究正处于快速发展阶段;研究作者和机构合作较为分散;研究热点为图书馆服务研究、信息技术在智慧服务中的应用研究、智慧服务模式及体系建设研究、智慧馆员研究以及数据共享与隐私保护研究;5G、区块链、人工智能等新兴技术在智慧服务中的应用为未来的发展趋势.

In this paper,in order to explore the research status,hot spots and frontier of library intelligent service in China,taking 868 periodical documents included in CNKI database as the data source,CiteSpace visualization software and bibliometric method are used to visually analyze the knowledge map of the annual number of documents,authors,institutions and keywords of library intelligent service research.Finally,it is concluded that the research in this field is in the stage of rapid development,and the cooperation between research authors and institutions is relatively scattered.The research hotspots are research on library service,research on application of information technology in intelligent service,research on intelligent service mode and system construction,research on intelligent librarian,research on data sharing and privacy protection.The application of emerging technologies such as 5G,blockchain and artificial intelligence in intelligent services is the development trend in future.
