中晚孕期胎儿颈内静脉的MRI测量及临床价值

摘要 目的:应用MRI观察中、晚孕期胎儿颈内静脉的形态和测量管腔截面积,探讨其临床价值。方法:回顾性分析中、晚孕期胎儿的MRI图像,判断颈内静脉显示的优势序列,对各孕周胎儿颈内静脉进行形态学观察,并测量管腔截面积,对所得数据进行分析。结果:胎儿MRI中平衡稳态自由进动序列对颈内静脉显示优于其他序列。孕中、晚期胎儿颈内静脉横断面多表现为类圆形,高孕周组更易表现为椭圆形,胎儿管腔截面积随着孕周增大而增加,呈正相关。高孕周组呈现颈内静脉右侧优势。结论:胎儿期MRI对颈内静脉的观察有一定优势,所得形态学数据对产前疾病的诊断具有重要参考价值。 Objective:MRI was used to observe the shape of fetal internal jugular vein(IJV)and to measure the cross-sectional area of the lumen in the second and third trimester of pregnancy to explore its clinical value.Methods:The MRI images of fetuses in the second and third trimester of pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed to determine the dominant sequence of IJV.Then the shape of fetal IJV in each gestational week was observed and the lumen cross-sectional area was measured.The data were statistically analyzed.Results:The balanced steady state free precession(SSFP)sequence in fetal MRI was superior to other sequences in displaying the IJV.The cross section of fetal IJV in the middle and third trimester of pregnancy was mostly quasi-round,while the group with high gestational age was more likely to be oval,and the cross-sectional area of fetal lumen increased with the increase of gestational weeks,showing a positive correlation.The right side of IJV was dominant in high gestational age group.Conclusion:Fetal MRI has advantages in observing the shape of IJV,and the morphological data are an important reference value for the diagnosis of prenatal diseases.
