摘要
疾病隐喻话语是医患沟通中不可避免的语言现象.本文从叙事医学的视角出发,分析疾病隐喻话语的发生学原理、主要类型及其产生的积极和消极影响.只有重视并合理使用疾病隐喻话语,才能真正促进和谐医患关系的构建,实现叙事医学倡导的人文关怀.
Diseasemetaphors are inevitable linguistic phenomena in doctor-patient communication.From the perspective of narrative medicine,this paper explores the genesis and types of disease metaphors as well as their positive and negative effects.Only by attaching importance to disease metaphors and utilizing them rationally can we promote the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients and truly realize the humanistic care advocated by narrative medicine.
