摘要
目的 了解护理本科实习生(以下简称实习护生)对叙事护理的认知情况,分析实习护生叙事护理知识-态度-行为的影响因素,为叙事护理的课程设计及临床实践提供参考.方法 采用便利抽样法对在昆明医科大学第一附属医院实习的200名实习护生进行问卷调查.结果 ①叙事护理知晓情况调查结果:从未听过占31.12%,听过不理解占41.84%,比较熟悉占19.9%,非常熟悉占7.14%;②实习护生对叙事护理的知识-态度-行为调查结果:性别及实习时间对实习护生的叙事护理的认知行为态度有明显影响;③Logistic线性回归分析结果:将单因素分析有统计学意义的变量纳入线性回归模型,得出性别是影响总得分的独立因素.结论 多数实习护生对叙事护理不了解,说明护理本科教育需加强叙事护理课程的开发;临床带教教师应重视培养实习护生的叙事能力,促进自身及护生的人文素养提升;临床带教教师应加强对男性实习护生的关注及指导,借助叙事的力量助其进行自我管理,提高共情、反思和专业能力,为将来的职业道路打好基础.
Objective To understand the cognition of undergraduate nursing interns on narrative nursing,analyze the influencing factors of internship nursing students'narrative nursing knowledge,attitude and behavior,and provide reference for the curriculum design and clinical practice of narrative nursing.Methods 200 nursing students in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University were investigated by convenience sampling.Results①The investigation results of narrative nursing awareness:31.12%had never heard it,41.84%had heard it but did not understand it,19.90%were familiar with it,and 7.14%were very familiar with it;②Gender and practice time had a significant impact on the cognitive and behavioral attitude of narrative nursing;③The variables with statistical significance in univariate analysis were included in the linear regression model,it is concluded that gender is an independent factor affecting the total score.It was concluded that gender was an independent factor affecting the total score,indicating that men's cognition of narrative nursing was worse than women's.Conclusion Most nursing students do not understand narrative nursing,which indicates that the development of narrative nursing curriculum should be strengthened in undergraduate nursing education;Clinical teaching teachers should pay attention to cultivating the narrative ability of nursing students and promote the humanistic quality of themselves and nursing students;Clinical teaching teachers should pay more attention to and guide male nursing students,help them with self-management with the power of narration,improve empathy,reflection and professional ability,and lay a good foundation for their future career path.
