吡仑帕奈治疗儿童癫痫的病例报道及文献阅读

Case reports of two pediatric patients with epilepsy treated by perampanel and related literature review

目的对2例使用吡仑帕奈(PER)抗癫痫治疗的12岁以下患儿进行报道,以期为该药在此人群中的应用提供经验。方法记录2例患儿使用PER抗癫痫治疗的用药过程,对用药后的疗效及安全性进行随访,并结合文献进行分析。结果2例难治性癫痫患儿加用PER后,在随访期内癫痫均未再发作,且无相关不良反应出现。结论吡仑帕奈治疗儿童癫痫的临床疗效较好,但结论仍需大样本临床研究进一步验证。

Objective To report the PER treatment for two pediatric patients aged 12 years or younger with epilepsy and provide experience in the drug use in this population.Methods The dosing process of PER in two pediatric patients aged 12 years or younger with epilepsy were recorded,the efficacy and safety of the medication were followed up.Then,it was analyzed based on the literatures.Results After the PER was added,the epilepsy of two pediatric patients with refractory epilepsy did not recur.No adverse reactions occurred during the follow-up period.Conclusion PRE has a good clinical efficacy in the treatment of epilepsy in pediatric patients,but the conclusion needs to be further verified by large sample clinical studies.
