参仙升脉口服液联合穴位贴敷治疗缓慢性心律失常的临床研究

Observation of Shenxian Shengmai oral liquid combined with acupoint application in treating slow arrhythmia

目的探讨参仙升脉口服液联合穴位贴敷治疗缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效。方法选择2019年6月至2020年10月我院诊治的缓慢性心律失常患者,按照纳排标准,最终纳入102例。随机数字表法随机分为2组,各51例,对照组予常规西药治疗,治疗组加用参仙升脉口服液联合穴位贴敷治疗,疗程均为4周。观察两组中医证候积分、动态心电图及生活质量改变情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者心悸、胸闷、腰膝酸软等中医证候积分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组动态心电图指标平均心率、最快心率、最慢心率及GQOL-74评分均较前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的临床总有效率高于对照组(88.23%vs.66.67%,P<0.05)。结论参仙升脉口服液联合穴位贴敷可提高患者心率,缓解心悸、胸闷等表现,提高缓慢性心律失常患者的生活质量,临床疗效显著。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Shenxian Shengmai oral liquid combined with acupoint application in the treatment of patients with slow arrhythmia.Methods A total of 102 patients with bradyarrhythmia treated in our hospital from June 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,51 in each group.Patients in control group were treated with conventional western medicine,while patients in treatment group were treated with conventional western medicine plus Shenxian Shengmai oral liquid combined with acupoint application.All the patients were treated for 4 weeks.The changes in TCM syndrome score,dynamic electrocardiogram results and quality of life were observed,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of palpitation,chest tightness,soreness of waist and knees were decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the scores of treatment group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the average heart rate,the fastest(slowest)heart rate and GQOL-74 scores of the two groups were increased(P<0.05),and the indexes of treatment group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The clinical total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(88.23%vs.66.67%,P<0.05).Conclusion Shenxian Shengmai oral liquid combined with acupoint application can increase the heart rate,relieve palpitations and chest tightness,and improve the life quality of patients with bradyarrhythmia with significant clinical efficacy.
