妊娠期药物代谢个体差异与药物基因组学研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 妊娠期女性的特殊生理状态以及个体独特的遗传背景,均使其在接受药物治疗时对药物治疗的反应差异较大。目前,以妊娠期女性为研究对象的药代动力学和药物基因组学研究相对滞后,精准治疗所需的药物基因组学证据较少。妊娠期间重要的药物代谢酶的活性变化是导致药代动力学差异的重要原因,并且药物基因组的遗传多态性也会影响妊娠期妇女对常用药物的反应。因此,妊娠期女性的治疗药物选择不但需要考虑妊娠期特殊的、动态的生理和代谢变化,而且应当重视药物基因组学的重要研究成果及其对个体化治疗的指导意义。 The special physiological state of pregnant women and their unique genetic background make their response to drug treatment greatly different.At present,the research in pharmacokinetics and pharmacogenomics of pregnant women is relatively lagging behind,and the evidence of pharmacogenomics for precise treatment is relatively not much.During pregnancy,the change in the activity of some important drug metabolizing enzymes is an important reason for the pharmacokinetic variation,and the genetic polymorphism of drug genome will also affect the responsiveness of pregnant women to commonly used drugs.Therefore,it is necessary to not only consider the special and dynamic physiological and metabolic changes during pregnancy,but also pay attention to the important research results of pharmacogenomics and its guiding significance for individualized treatment.
