城际道路定制客运定价策略研究

Research on pricing strategy of customized passenger transport on intercity roads

随着中国经济的快速发展,城市与城市之间的联系愈发紧密,人们的出行需求也越来越多,客运市场逐渐繁荣。在城际运输通道中,城际高铁的修建与运营对道路客运造成了不小的冲击,为推进中国道路客运转型发展,城际道路定制客运服务应运而生。为体现定制客运“门到门”运输的特点,从旅客出行的全过程进行分析,采用logit模型描述旅客的出行分担率,并在广义出行费用函数中加入了市内交通费和市内交通时间等因素,更加符合实际地分析旅客在出行全过程中的所有消耗,然后通过对湖北省黄冈市武穴市的城际定制客运服务进行实例分析,运用需求价格弹性理论得出能够提高定制客运分担率的票价范围,结果验证了方法的可行性,为城际道路定制客运定价提供新的思路。最后,提出了研究的不足之处及对未来研究的展望,并对中国城际道路定制客运发展提出了定价建议。

With the rapid development of China’s economy,the connection between cities is getting closer and closer,and the demand of people’s travel is increasing,and the passenger transport market is gradually booming.In the intercity transport corridor,the construction and operation of intercity high-speed railway have had a great impact on road passenger transport.In order to promote the transformation and development of road passenger transport in China,intercity road customized passenger transport service came into being.In order to reflect the characteristics of“door-to-door”transportation of customized passenger transport,this paper analyses the whole process of passenger travel,uses logit model to describe the travel sharing rate of passengers and adds factors such as city transportation costs and time to the generalized travel cost function,so as to analyze all consumption of passengers in the whole process of transportation more realistically.Then,through the case study of intercity customized passenger transport service in Wuxue City,Huanggang City,Hubei Province,the fare range that can improve the sharing rate of customized passenger transport is obtained by using the theory of demand price elasticity.The results verify the feasibility of the method and provide a new idea for the customized passenger pricing of intercity roads.Finally,this paper puts forward the shortcomings of the research and the prospect of future research,and proposes the pricing suggestions for the development of customized passenger transport on intercity roads in China.
