随着全球数字经济的快速发展,在粤港澳大湾区发展数字经济和数字贸易的重要意义愈加凸显。广州建设粤港澳大湾区数字贸易中心不仅因为广州具有数字贸易基因,更因为广州具有丰富的数字资源和较为完善的数字经济技术基础。与此同时,也面临着数字贸易规则、数字贸易非关税壁垒、数字贸易技术、数字贸易监管等方面问题。应进一步完善数字贸易法律、监管政策和粤港澳大湾区数字贸易营商环境,持续加快虚拟化贸易中心和在线支付体系建设,推动广州粤港澳大湾区数字贸易中心建设,促进粤港澳大湾区持续健康发展。

With the rapid development of the global digital economy,the significance of developing the digital economy and digital trade in the Greater Bay Area has become increasingly prominent.Guangzhou builds the digital trade center of the Greater Bay Area not only because Guangzhou has a deep digital trade foundation,but also because Guangzhou has rich digital resources and a relatively complete digital economy and technology foundation.However,at the same time,it is also faced with digital trade rules,digital trade non-tariff barriers,digital trade technology,digital trade supervision and other problems.We should further improve the digital trade laws,regulatory policies and the digital trade business environment in the Greater Bay Area,continue to accelerate the construction of digital trade center and online payment system,promote the construction of the Greater Bay Area,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the Greater Bay Area.
