随着我国“互联网+先进制造业”的不断深化,工业互联网已成为当今制造业发展不可或缺的一部分。经过大量资料搜集及相关企业实地考核,从城轨车辆制动盘质量检验的角度出发,在深入分析城轨车辆制动零件铸造质检信息化平台必要性的基础上,尝试构建质检信息化平台,以期推进质检信息化建设及服务化转型进程。

With the deepening of"Internet+advanced manufacturing"in China,industrial Internet has become an indispensable part of today's manufacturing development.After a large amount of data collection and field assessment of relevant enterprises,from the perspective of quality inspection of brake discs of urban rail vehicles,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the necessity of quality inspection information platform of brake parts casting of urban rail vehicles,we try to build a quality inspection information platform.
