摘要
通过新新经济地理学的视角,根据环境规制对中国产业分布的作用机理,从资源禀赋角度分析了环境规制对我国产业分布的影响。在此基础上,选取2008—2019年的数据,将产业分为污染密集型产业和清洁技术产业并进行实证研究,结果表明,全国范围内的环境规制强度逐年成上升趋势。从产业分类角度看,环境规制强度对污染密集型产业分布均具有显著的负影响,而对清洁技术产业的空间分布则没有显著负影响。基于分析结果,提出了相应的对策建议。
From the perspective of neo-neo-economic geography,the impact of environmental regulation on industrial distribution in China is analyzed from the perspective of resource endowment according to the mechanism of the role of environmental regulation on industrial distribution in China.Based on this,data from 2008-2019 are selected,industries are classified into pollution-intensive industries and clean technology industries and empirically studied,and the results show that the intensity of environmental regulations nationwide is on an increasing trend year by year.From the perspective of industry classification,environmental regulation intensity has a significant negative impact on the distribution of pollution-intensive industries,while it has no significant negative impact on the spatial distribution of clean technology industries.Based on the analysis results,corresponding countermeasure suggestions are proposed.
