摘要 近年来,我国轮胎工业实现了快速增长,然而,轮胎结构过于单一,产品同质化现象较为严重,低端产品占比较大;同时,高端产品发展滞后,存在通用产品产能过剩矛盾。免充气式轮胎是一种涉及到轮胎领域的新型轮胎产品,加入了加强连接柱,优化了齿与柔性材料,并且增大了负泊松比结构的强度,此外由于该轮胎的环境适应性较高,其应用范围也相对较广。 In recent years,my country's tire industry has achieved rapid growth.However,the tire structure is too simple,the phenomenon of product homogeneity is serious,and low-end products account for a large proportion;at the same time,the development of high-end products lags behind,and there is a contradiction of overcapacity of general products.Pneumatic-free tire is a new type of tire product related to the tire field.It adds reinforced connecting columns,optimizes teeth and flexible materials,and increases the strength of the negative Poisson's ratio structure.high,and its application range is relatively wide.
