摘要 各型航空发动机试验过程中,大量的压力扫描阀在试验现场得到应用,对关键压力参数进行监测计算。它们绝大多数只是在购进时由生产厂商检验过,在国内使用过程中未严格校准,以往仅通过对扫描阀单通道手动抽检,可靠性差、效率低。由于没有现行有效的校准压力扫描阀的国家军用标准、国家标准、行业规范等,针对航空发动机所用压力扫描阀的校准需求,在充分调研的基础上,研究出了更为便捷高效的校准方法和改进措施,建立了压力扫描阀并行校准系统,完成试验验证和不确定度的分析评定,成为国内首家实现压力扫描阀自动化并行校准的实验室。 During the test of various types of aero engines,a large number of pressure scanning valves are used in the test field to monitor and calculate key pressure parameters.Most of them are only inspected by the manufacturer when they are purchased and are not strictly calibrated during domestic use.In the past,they were only manually spot-checked by a single channel of the scanning valve,which has poor reliability and low efficiency.Since there are no existing effective national military standards,national standards and industry norms for calibrating pressure scanning valves,a more convenient and efficient calibration method and improvement measures were researched on the basis of sufficient research for the calibration needs of pressure scanning valves used in aero-engines,and a parallel calibration system for pressure scanning valves was established to complete test verification and uncertainty analysis and evaluation,making it the first domestic laboratory to realize parallel calibration of pressure scanning The parallel calibration system for pressure scanning valves was established.
