摘要
由于电力电子电路运行过程中,寄生电容的不断增加会造成电场串扰问题产生,进而影响电路整体结构的运行质量。为解决这一问题,开展电力电子电路电场串扰屏蔽方法研究。通过电力电子电路电场串扰噪声频谱特征提取、基于电场串扰噪声频谱特征的屏蔽地线参数设定、屏蔽地线布设方式设计,提出一种全新的屏蔽方法。将该屏蔽方法应用到实例当中证明,方法应用前与方法应用后相比,电力电子电路电场的寄生电容得到有效降低,达到了预期的屏蔽效果。
In the process of power electronic circuit operation,the increasing parasitic capacitance will cause the electric field crosstalk problem,and then affect the operation quality of the whole circuit structure.In order to solve this problem,the electric field crosstalk shielding method of power electronic circuit is studied.A new shielding method is proposed by extracting the spectrum characteristics of electric field crosstalk noise in power electronic circuit,setting parameters of shielding ground wire based on the spectrum characteristics of electric field crosstalk noise,and designing the layout mode of shielding ground wire.The application of this shielding method to an example shows that the parasitic capacitance of electric field in power electronic circuit is effectively reduced before and after the application of this method,and the expected shielding effect is achieved.
