基于VSA的方向舵壁板与垂尾整流罩间隙容差分析

摘要 结合国内某客机方向舵壁板与垂尾整流罩的间隙超差问题,通过西门子软件VSA(Variation Simulation Analysis)采用蒙特卡洛模拟进行分析在装配协调中出现的影响因素,从而针对目前工程提出的协调容差提供参考依据。 In aircraft development,how to solve the problem of aircraft assembly coordination is one of the keys in aircraft manufacturing.At the same time,reasonable assembly tolerance design is an effective way to improve assembly accuracy,reduce development cost and improve the success rate of primary assembly.In this paper,combined with the gap out of tolerance between the rudder panel and the vertical tail fairing of a domestic airliner,the influencing factors in assembly coordination are analyzed by Monte Carlo simulation through Siemens software VSA(variation simulation analysis)to provide a reference basis for the coordination tolerance proposed in the current project.
